Dinner at CoLab is the kind of evening that earns its own plans. The fire pit is lit, the outdoor dining area glows warm, and the kitchen is working through a menu built for slowing down. Craft cocktails. Carefully sourced ingredients. A table you can hold onto for as long as you'd like.

Reservations are recommended for 7PM and later — this is Stuart's dinner, done right.

Weekend brunch at CoLab is a social occasion. The patio fills up, the mimosas come cold, and the table next to you is already splitting the French toast. Come for the food, stay for the morning. Reservations are recommended — especially for groups — but the energy is always worth it.

The Market at CoLab is Stuart's stop for grab-and-go done right. Prepared meals made fresh, specialty items worth seeking out, and the kind of takeout that doesn't taste like takeout. Stop in on your way home, stock up for the week, or just grab lunch without sitting down.
